Individual and Family Therapist
Rachel strives to provide a safe and compassionate environment where clients can feel truly seen and heard during their healing process. Her therapy approach emphasizes the importance of joining with individuals and families in order to promote the greatest growth and change, in and outside of the therapy office. By shaping techniques and tools to each unique individual, Rachel will assist the client and family in exploring habitual patterns of behavior, thoughts, and emotions. Rachel’s theoretical orientation includes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, and Trauma Informed care.
Rachel enjoys working with adolescents (12+) and young adults experiencing depression, trauma, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, identity development, and body image concerns. She enjoys working with members of the LGBTQ community.
