Through empathic listening and the ability to get to the heart of the problem, Maggie will help you identify why you might be feeling disconnected or unbalanced in life. Her work with clients is intended to reconnect you with your personal strength, enabling you to make the changes needed to feel whole again.
Maggie takes an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from multiple evidence-based practices, to guide you on the path to wellness. She believes when you gain clarity, either individually or as a couple, you gain the ability to heal.
Background and Experience
Maggie is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (Lic. #60731778) and has extensive experience working with adults, children, and teenagers in individual, couples, family and group therapy settings. She is a clinical member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and holds a B.A. in psychology from the University of Montana and an M.A. from Antioch University Seattle.
Maggie has additional clinical training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) through Harborview’s Center for Sexual Assault and Traumatic Stress.
