Julia is passionate about working with individuals and couples, in particular, the first responder community of police, fire, EMS, and military personnel, as she is a part of this community herself. She utilizes techniques and modalities tailored to each client to ensure therapy is most beneficial to your individual strengths for the health, wellness, and healing of your mind, body, and spirit.
Background and Experience
Julia is a licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) in the state of Washington (Lic#MC60676922) with a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology. She has specialized training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy (L3), Chemical Dependency, PTSD, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, CBT, Experiential Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Positive Parenting. Julia is currently pursuing specialized training in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM).
