Michelle Krell, MA, LMFT
Individual, Couples and Family Therapist
My approach to therapy with children, individuals, and families is solution focused with Cognitive Behavioral skills. Therapy is modified for each individual or family to reach their goals and experience increased satisfaction in their lives. I work collaboratively in therapy to address recurring themes and help individuals and family to build on the strengths they naturally have.
Background and Experience
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (License # 60467501) and have worked with Children/adolescents, individuals, and families for six years. I am a clinical member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT). I have a B.A. in psychology from the University of Victoria and an M.A. from Antioch University Seattle as well as specialized training from Harborview’s Center for Sexual Assault and Traumatic Stress in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
When not counseling, I am continuing my education towards becoming an approved supervisor through AAMFT. In my personal life, I enjoy exploring the outdoors and everything the PNW has to offer.
